01 / Why it's hard
Vietnam is buying. The shelf is the hard part.
The demand is there: imported supplements and skincare from Korea, Japan and Europe already sit on pharmacy counters across the country. But nothing reaches a shelf until a Vietnamese company has filed it with the health authorities and a Vietnamese label is on the pack. Supplements also need their advertising approved before any campaign runs.
Then comes the trade: thirty-plus chains, each with its own listing terms, margins, promotions and payment cycles, plus Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop. Brands that go in alone usually end up with one importer, one channel and no sell-out data. We run the whole network for you, as one programme.

No. Our licensed distribution partner is the importer of record and holds the product notifications and registrations, so you can sell in Vietnam without setting up an entity.
Our partner holds them as the Vietnamese company responsible for your products, on your letter of authorisation. How they are transferred or withdrawn if the agreement ends is written into the contract before anything is filed.
Yes. Health supplements, skincare, cosmetics and personal care are the core. Medicines and medical devices follow different registration rules; ask us case by case.
For cosmetics, usually a letter of authorisation, a free-sale certificate (products made in CPTPP countries such as Japan are exempt) and the full formula, with a product information file kept ready. Health supplements also need GMP evidence, a recent lab test report and scientific evidence for each claimed benefit. Foreign documents are apostilled or legalised and translated into Vietnamese; you get the exact list at the fit check.
Plan on roughly 2–3 months to notify a cosmetic and 3–6 months to register a health supplement, counted from when we start collecting documents. Import and retail listing then take about 6–12 weeks. The official review periods are short; the time goes into legalising documents, lab tests and answering queries. You get a dated plan per product at the fit check.
Yes. Our partner opens official brand stores on Shopee Mall, LazMall and TikTok Shop as your authorised distributor, and we run them alongside retail so prices and stock stay in line across channels.
It depends on the size of the range, the registrations it needs and the channels you want. After the fit check you get a written proposal: one-off registration and launch costs, and the ongoing distribution terms.
