Portfolio

We don't only run the network. We own brands on it.

The playbook we sell is the playbook we use. These four brands were built with our own capital, across the hardest categories to launch on Amazon — cultural goods, food, apparel and golf gear. Each one is a live test of the system: compliance filed, listings ranked, inventory moving — the same system we run for your brand.

The brands

Hoasipho

Vietnamese folk art & décor International e-commerce

In brand development

Vietnamese cultural heritage, turned into collectible wall art.

Hoasipho is our cultural brand — Vietnamese folk art and traditional painting reframed as international home décor. The product isn't a generic print; it's the story and artistic identity behind the work. It is the widest-aimed of the three, with a customer that spans foreigners drawn to Vietnam, the Vietnamese diaspora, travellers, art collectors, interior-design buyers and gift buyers.

It is the widest-aimed of the three, with a customer that spans foreigners drawn to Vietnam, the Vietnamese diaspora, travellers, art collectors, interior-design buyers and gift buyers.

The project

A curated-heritage model — Vietnamese cultural heritage → curated artwork → international home décor — sold through e-commerce with international reach. The brand is currently in development.

Market & channel

International e-commerce. Positioned on cultural authenticity as the moat: the value is the Vietnamese story and artistic identity, not the paper it is printed on. That framing is what lets the same artwork travel across very different buyers and borders.

Matelier

Ceremonial Japanese matcha Amazon Europe (FBA)

Active launch + EU expansion

Maison de thé. Japanese matcha, presented as a European premium product.

Matelier is our premium consumable — and the most developed brand in the portfolio. Ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha, sold into Amazon Europe as a refined, branded product rather than a commodity tea. The whole point is to keep the credibility of Japanese-origin matcha while meeting European buyers where they already shop.

Overview

Matelier is our premium consumable — and the most developed brand in the portfolio. Ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha, sold into Amazon Europe as a refined, branded product rather than a commodity tea. The whole point is to keep the credibility of Japanese-origin matcha while meeting European buyers where they already shop.

The project

A 40g ceremonial matcha in a metal tin (~6.3–6.5 cm diameter), inside a branded cardboard outer box, with labelling adapted for European markets and the barcode carried on the box. Supply chain: Japan → packaging in Vietnam → EU → Amazon FBA. The brand is registered with EUIPO to unlock Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content and a branded Store — Matelier is designed as a multi-product tea house, not a single SKU.

Product

  • Flagship: Ceremonial Grade Matcha, 40 g, Japanese origin
  • Packaging: metal tin inside a branded cardboard box; barcode on the box
  • Architecture: Matelier → premium tea/matcha house → multiple products → EU distribution

Market & channel

Amazon Europe — Germany, France, Spain and the wider EU, working toward Pan-EU distribution. First inventory has already landed in an Amazon Germany FBA warehouse. Pricing modelled across €19.99 / €23 / €24.99 with full unit economics — matcha cost, packaging, international freight, Amazon referral and FBA fees, PPC, VAT and margin — because a premium product has to carry the brand, not just the SKU.

What we operate

Food into the EU is the hardest compliance path on Amazon, and Matelier runs the full stack: VAT registration across DE / FR / ES with OSS; packaging EPR (Germany LUCID / VerpackG, Spain Ecoembes); FBO food-business registration and EU food labelling; EORI and HS classification; DDP / DAP import; and the reduced-VAT treatment for tea. We also worked through Amazon's grocery cross-border limits, which can flag food as ineligible for certain Pan-EU dispatch.

Status

Active launch and EU expansion. EUIPO brand secured; VAT and EPR registrations in progress across the priority markets.

NANANA Golf

Golf apparel Amazon US

Live Amazon brand

Good-looking, fun golf apparel — under $25.

NANANA is our apparel play: golf clothing for the everyday golfer, not the country-club catalogue. The bet is simple — most people who play want to look good on the course without paying $70–100 for a polo. NANANA brings personality and colour back to golf clothing and keeps every piece affordable.

The bet is simple — most people who play want to look good on the course without paying $70–100 for a polo. NANANA brings personality and colour back to golf clothing and keeps every piece affordable.

The project

Built as an Amazon-native US brand. We designed the range around distinctive, slightly irreverent graphics — abstract golf-art polos, retro aesthetics, less conservative styling than the incumbents. One customer described the look as "90s Taco Bell." We took it as a compliment; it captures the direction exactly.

Product line

Golf polos and moisture-wicking shirts — buttoned and open — plus shorts, trousers and pants, caps, shoes, cleats and spikes, and skirts. The full apparel range, priced to compete on design rather than logo.

Market & channel

Amazon US, priced deliberately under $25 to sit below the premium golf-fashion brands and win the everyday golfer on value. The growth loop: get affordable product into golfers' hands, earn reviews, build Amazon credibility, then widen the range. Community engagement and launch discount codes (20UNDERPAR, 40BIRDIES) seeded the first wave of demand.

Pomte

Golf gloves Amazon US — market test

In the works

Cabretta leather golf gloves — a small US market test.

Pomte is the smallest and newest brand in the portfolio, and it is deliberately scoped that way. One product — a 100% Grade A Cabretta leather golf glove with a magnetic ball marker and tee included — listed on Amazon US as a market test rather than a full launch.

Cabretta leather golf gloves — a small US market test.

Overview

Pomte is the smallest and newest brand in the portfolio, and it is deliberately scoped that way. One product — a 100% Grade A Cabretta leather golf glove with a magnetic ball marker and tee included — listed on Amazon US as a market test rather than a full launch.

The project

One SKU, one market, one question: does a well-made glove at an honest price find its buyer before there is a brand behind it? The glove is perforated for breathability, closed with a hook strap, and sized to stretch and mould to the hand with wear. The range, the packaging and the positioning are all still open — they get decided on what the test returns, not before.

Market & channel

Amazon US, in Sports & Outdoors → Golf → Gloves. Small volume by design: the point is to read real demand and the early review signal before committing inventory or building the brand around it.

Status

In the works. Golf gloves, US market test — the lightest-weight way we know to find out whether a category is worth entering properly.

What the portfolio proves

Four brands. Two continents. One operator.

Apparel that has to move on design and price. A food product that has to clear the most demanding compliance regime on the platform. A cultural brand that has to travel across borders on story alone. A single glove listed as a market test, to find out cheaply whether a category is worth entering at all. We built each with our own capital, on the same network we sell.

That is the difference between an agency that advises and an operator that has done it: the playbook is already running on brands we own.

Brand-registration statuses reflect public EUIPO records. Informational only — not legal advice.
