01 / The problem

Manufacturing was the easy part.

You built the product. Then customs held the container, a patent claim pulled the listing, and a stockout erased eight months of ranking.

Between your dock and a customer in Munich sit fifty ways this dies. Each one is somebody's full-time job to prevent.

$0 MOU · consignment

You ship a small consignment. We fund and run everything else. If it sells, we scale together — if it doesn't, you learned the truth for the price of a sample box.

Let's collaborate — start at $0

You provide

  • A signed MOU — terms and split agreed up front
  • 30–50 units on consignment
  • A product that passes our screen

We cover

  • Simple audit — worth $400
  • Warehousing and inbound shipping — worth $200–400 / month, by size
  • Listing, creative and compliance — service worth upwards of $1,000
  • Review push and PPC operations — ad spend of $200 / month

If it sells, we scale. Two ways to structure the next round:

AYou own the account. You fund the next PO; we operate it.
BWe own the account. We buy from you wholesale and carry the stock.

You own everything. Account, brand, listings and data in your name.

At cost, always. Ad spend and third-party fees pass through with no markup.

08 / FAQ

Asked before us.

Usually not. In Europe you need an EU Responsible Person and VAT where you hold stock — neither requires your own entity. In the US, selling needs no US company at all; what matters is an importer of record and sales-tax registration in the states where your stock sits. We model your entity against ours, with the cost of each, before you decide.

You do. It is registered to your entity; we operate it under revocable access.

The stage price is the whole of our fee. Registration, third-party and platform fees pass through at cost with the invoice attached, and ad spend is your spend — we take no margin on either. Nothing is added mid-project without your written go-ahead.

Any time. The retainer is month to month with 30 days' notice, and because the account, brand and registrations are already in your name, stopping means revoking our access — there is nothing to hand back or migrate.

Price, stock levels and anything that changes the product are yours to approve. We publish what we did and what it cost every month in one plain-English readout, and you have full login access to the account throughout — you can see everything we see.

Send us a product and a target market. We'll tell you what it takes.
