Operating notes: selling on Amazon from Vietnam
These are operating notes, not marketing. We run four of our own brands on Amazon — Hoasipho, Matelier, NANANA Golf and Pomte — so most of what is written here are procedures we have run ourselves: VAT registration in Germany, France and Spain with OSS, LUCID/VerpackG, Ecoembes, food business registration and EU food labelling for Matelier, EORI, HS classification, DDP import. Each post answers a question a Vietnamese factory actually has to decide. Where we are not certain of a current figure we describe the mechanism and say plainly that it has to be checked. Everything here is for information only and is not legal or tax advice.
